§ 70.69. TRAFFIC CITATIONS.

(A) Disposition. The city police, upon issuing a traffic citation to an alleged violator of any provision of this title, shall deposit the original traffic citation with the City Attorney, who shall at his or her discretion file a complaint in the appropriate court.

(B) Illegal cancellation. Any person who cancels, or solicits the cancellation of, any traffic citation in any manner other than as provided herein shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
